Why should I enroll?

Save Time & Money:  For You & the Village
With recurring payments, the Village does not need to spend time opening payment envelopes, entering payments in our system, or calculating deposits for the bank. This saves several hours a week. If you are someone who used to mail in your payment, you can save yourself the cost of a stamp too!

Go Green, Go Paperless
The Village recycles hundreds of envelopes and payment stubs each year. Recurring payments would reduce the waste of excess paper. Additionally, you can sign up for paperless billing when signing up for recurring payments. Your Paperless Pin is located on the front of your post card bill.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will a withdrawal be taken from my account?
Once your registration is complete, your bill will be paid from your account or card on the bill's due date (the 26th of the billing month, or the following business day following a weekend or holiday). You will continue to receive your water bill postcard in the mail for filing purposes unless you opt for paperless billing.

What if I do not see a withdrawal from my account when my bill is due?
Check your account at the following link (Manage Recurring Payments)  to confirm the details of your payment account or card are correct. If they aren’t, please correct them. If they are, please contact Point and Pay at agencysupport@pointandpay.com or 888-891-6064 to inquire as to the cause of the error. In the mean time, please pay your bill using cash, check, or credit card at or through the Village Hall until the issue is resolved.

What if I have insufficient funds in my bank account at the time of withdrawal?
The Village may notify you via e-mail and/or call you to notify you funds were unable to be withdrawn. You must then pay your bill using cash, check, or credit card at the Village Hall. Even if adequate funds are available in your account after a withdrawal has been attempted, the Village must receive a cash, check, or credit card payment, as it does not attempt a second withdrawal. In addition, you may receive a pink late bill from the Village with an additional charge for late payment. Your bank may charge an additional fee to the Village that will get applied to your account. To avoid these penalties, please ensure you have enough money in your bank account prior to your water bill due date.
